WELL WOMAN
A year of making space for you.
Enrolment opens November 20th|Course begins January 2027
There is plenty of advice about looking after ourselves. Finding the time, knowing what’s useful and making it part of everyday life can be harder.
WELL WOMAN is a new year-long programme from Freedom, created for women who would like practical guidance, a little more understanding of their changing needs, and people to share the experience with.
We’re bringing together monthly in-person workshops, personal wellbeing coaching and time to reconnect throughout the year. Together, we’ll explore movement, nourishment, rest, confidence and the pleasure of feeling part of a community.
The programme is taking shape now. Join our interest list for updates, the confirmed calendar and an invitation to enrol on 18 November.
An introduction
What is
WELL WOMAN?
-
A women’s wellbeing programme designed to run from January to December 2027. The proposed format brings together one in-person workshop each month at SunFyr Barns, online group sessions and individual wellbeing coaching with Jackie Heffer-Cooke. We’ll share the confirmed format, dates and investment before enrolment opens.
-
WELL WOMAN is being created with women in their forties, fifties, sixties and beyond in mind. You might be curious about your changing body, looking for more consistency in caring for yourself, or keen to spend time with women navigating similar questions.
You don’t need to be a yoga teacher or have previous wellbeing experience. The programme is intended for personal learning and support, with monthly attendance in Norwich.
-
Our in-person workshops are planned for SunFyr Barns in Framingham Pigot, Norwich. Online sessions will provide opportunities to reconnect between workshop days. We’ll publish the confirmed calendar and practical arrangements before enrolment opens.
-
£80 per month / £960 annually

A clearer sense of your own wellbeing priorities. Practical ideas to explore between workshops. Regular opportunities to ask questions, reflect and find an approach that fits your circumstances. And a group of women to get to know along the way!
We’re developing a programme that considers the whole experience of being a woman as life changes.
These are the proposed themes; the final workshop programme and practitioners will be announced as they are confirmed.
What we’ll explore
-
Women’s health, perimenopause, menopause and the questions that can arise through different life stages.
-
Exploring strength, mobility and movement, with a focus on practical approaches that can fit into real life.
-
Making sense of everyday nutrition, exploring rest and recovery, and creating space for habits you can return to.
-
Body image, self-compassion, boundaries and finding room for your own needs.
-
The value of connection, creativity, laughter and doing things simply because you enjoy them.
-
Reflecting on what matters to you, making room for curiosity and deciding what you would like to explore next.
A workshop can give you ideas. Having someone to talk them through with can help you decide where to begin.
Our proposed programme includes a private online wellbeing coaching session with Jax each month, alongside a simple personal plan and a monthly online group session.
These conversations are intended to help you identify your priorities, reflect on what feels manageable and choose practical next steps. The final session format and timings will be confirmed before enrolment opens.
WELL WOMAN offers education and wellbeing coaching. It is not medical care, diagnosis or treatment.
Personal support throughout the year

WELL WOMAN grows from conversations with women who want practical support as their bodies, priorities and lives change. Jax is shaping the programme around that need: time to learn, personal attention and a community to share the year with.

Jax’s teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in honouring the traditional practices of the Far East while integrating the Western lens of science and reason. She believes in respecting the origins of yoga transparently and authentically while adapting its teachings to be meaningful and practical in our modern, daily lives.
Our mission is to guide you toward becoming the yoga practitioner or teacher you truly aspire to be. Whether your focus is on deepening your asana practice, exploring yoga therapy for mental health, or connecting with ceremony and the subtle body, our training is uniquely tailored to honour your individuality. We’re not here to produce one-size-fits-all graduates who follow one rigid discipline; we’re here to nurture your journey, empowering you to embody the practice or teaching style that aligns with your authentic self.
