We are excited to be teaming up with practitioner Lou at Freedom Yoga, where she will host week 3 of our Thailand retreats, bringing her wisdom and wonderful soul to the experience. She owns Seed of Change, where she aims to help people find themselves amongst the noise of life- we all need to slow down and switch off!
Please note, even though Jax Heffer-Cooke is a tour guide for this week of the retreat, she is only hosting week 1 & 2, with the amazig Lou hosting the third week.
