Autumn Retreat
POTASH BARNS
ABOUT
Yoga, Good Food, Golden Fields & A Little Autumn Magic
This is a retreat for people who don’t need more doing but just some space.
A few days to step away from the pace of everyday life, be properly looked after, and return to themselves in a way that actually lasts.
Set in the quiet beauty of Suffolk countryside, this weekend is about softening.
Simple yoga. Nourishing food. Fresh air. And the kind of calm that doesn’t feel forced.

MEET YOUR GUIDE
Jax created Freedom Yoga & Retreats to help people reconnect - to themselves, their bodies, and to something deeper than the noise of everyday life.
Her teaching is grounded, practical, and deeply human, blending yoga philosophy, embodied movement, and real-life application.
This retreat is an extension of that work: simple, supportive, and designed to help you feel like yourself again.
