Pilates in Paradise ↠ The Continental Fox Pilates
Phuket + Koh Yao Noi · 8 Days
March 11th-18th 2027
Meet Natasha
With over ten years of experience teaching Pilates, Natasha is passionate about the transformative power of the Pilates method and the positive impact it can have on both body and mind.
Her teaching is grounded in the belief that Pilates is not about perfection, but about discovering and developing your own strength, awareness, and confidence within the practice. She encourages each person to work with their individual body, abilities, and goals, creating a supportive environment where movement feels both empowering and enjoyable.
Over the past decade, Natasha has helped people of all levels build a deeper connection with their bodies through thoughtful, considered Pilates practice. Her approach combines knowledge, encouragement, and a genuine love of movement, allowing students to progress at their own pace while discovering what they are capable of.
In March 2027, Natasha will be bringing her passion for Pilates to Koh Yao Noi, Thailand, for her very first Pilates retreat. Set against the beauty and tranquillity of the island, the retreat will offer an opportunity to step away from everyday life, reconnect with the body, and explore the Pilates method in a beautiful and inspiring setting.
She is incredibly excited to share this experience and to welcome you to the retreat — creating a space to move, breathe, connect, and discover your own strength through Pilates.
